U.S. Postage PAID Walla Walla, WA Permit No. 44 The change has been in the conceptual and planning phases for some time, as we gathered feedback and listened to what our staff and our patients were saying. We considered multiple options and decided to move into a new location and expand the services we offer. All of the services that are currently offered at the WIC will still be available, but we will be adding new services like radiology. More to come—Keep up with what’s new at grh.org/UrgentCare . Somewhere in between a trip to the Emergency Department (ED) and an appointment with your primary care provider lies the bridge between called Urgent Care. Grande Ronde Urgent Care is the perfect option for treating a minor illness or injury when a trip to the ED is not appropriate, but you can’t wait for an appointment with your provider. Typi- cally, patients receive care more quickly and at a lower cost than a trip to the ED. Our care providers are able to treat upper respiratory conditions, urinary tract infections, nausea or vomiting, and sprains. They are even able to suture lacerations and remove foreign objects. Anything you have been treated for at the former Walk-In Clinic, they can do—and more. More immediate care services The former GRH Walk-In Clinic (WIC) served Union County well, but the demand for immediate care services had outgrown the location within the Regional Medical Clinic. This new clinic has more room to serve more patients and provide more services. Grande Ronde Urgent Care opens in Island City Open Monday–Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. 10303 S.
