and pediatrics. Brassine enjoys weight- lifting, bike riding, hiking, rock climbing, gardening, traveling, horseback riding and spending time with her family. Korrie Dubray, ANP-C, family medicine Dubray recently completed her master’s degree in nursing from Boise State University’s Adult- Gerontology Nurse Practitioner program after many years as a GRH nurse and clinic manager. She is passionate about preventive health care and healthy lifestyles, and she specializes in the holistic approach to prevention and management of disease in patients from teens to seniors. A longtime resi- dent of Northeast Oregon, she enjoys all the outdoor activities our area has to offer, watching local sporting events, and spending time with her family. Lea Carpenter, AGNP-C, hospice Carpenter is a board- certified adult geriatric nurse practitioner, as well as a board-certified wound care nurse, with more than 16 years of uniquely skilled nursing experience with an emphasis in adult and geriatric care. Jeanna Romer, MD, obstetrics and gynecology Dr. Romer completed her medical educa- tion at Oregon Health & Science University, Portland, Oregon, followed by an internship at the University of Hawaii, Oahu. She then completed her residency at the University of Connecticut. She is a native Oregonian and Eastern Oregon University graduate. She was drawn back to the Grande Ronde Valley by her love of the people and the outdoors and by the desire to raise her family in a small community. She is interested in minimally invasive surgeries, health care policy and women’s health advo- cacy. She is passionate about healthy lifestyles, including diet, exercise and preventive medicine. She enjoys working with women at various stages of their lives. She enjoys running, biking, hiking, rock climbing, cooking, and spending time with her husband and three young children. Aaron Cooper, PA-C, orthopedics Cooper completed his undergraduate degree as a certified athletic trainer from Weber State University, Utah, and his master of science degree as a physician assistant from Clarkson University, Potsdam, New York. He then completed a hospitalist postgraduate residency at Canton Potsdam Hospital, Potsdam, New York. He and his wife have six children and have relocated back to the West to pursue his career in a small community with opportunities to play a variety of sports, as well as spend time outdoors hunting, fishing and backpacking. He also enjoys wood- working and remodeling. Eve Koltuv, MD, pediatrics Dr. Koltuv earned her doctor of medi- cine degree at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine in Brooklyn, New York, where she also completed her residency training. She enjoys working with children and teens—getting to know them, building relationships with them, and watching them grow and change over time. She is passionate about creating a partnership with parents and sees herself as a guide through medical issues as well as parenting concerns. She enjoys spending time outdoors, including hiking, backpacking, Nordic and alpine skiing, and biking. She is an avid reader, loves to travel, and relishes time adventuring with her husband and two children. Zach Spoehr- Labutta, MD, pediatrics Dr. Spoehr-Labutta earned his doctor of medicine degree at George Washington University, Washington, D.C., then completed his pediatric residency at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, St. Petersburg, Florida. He is passionate about helping children and teens achieve their best health. He enjoys helping families come up with unique solutions that meet their needs, while also partnering with schools, community organizations and government to ensure health on a population level.
